Samuel R. Middleton represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of general liability matters, including auto accident claims, trucking and transportation litigation, premises liability and labor law disputes.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Samuel worked at an established White Plains civil litigation firm and a national insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable experience handling a wide array of complex litigation, including coverage disputes, construction litigation and civil rights matters. He successfully represented international trucking and construction companies, defending them against personal injury and property damage claims. Samuel was a law clerk at a personal injury firm during law school.
