Seth Aaron Garcia

Seth Garcia represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to employment and labor, general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury, and business litigation. Seth is well-versed in preparing pre-litigation motions, navigating intricate discovery issues, and managing expert demands.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Seth worked at a national litigation firm, where his practice concentrated on employment and labor defense, workers’ compensation actions, and defending against medical malpractice claims. Previously, Seth was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Wendy Wilcox in the Superior Court of Los Angeles, where he honed his legal writing skills drafting a broad range of motions involving employment law matters, personal injury, property and contractual disputes, as well as medical malpractice litigation. Seth also gained valuable insight into federal law and procedure as a legal extern for the Honorable Jinsook Ohta of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
