Shanai K. Green

Shanai Green represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury. Shanai handles matters for clients from inception through resolution and is well-versed in conducting fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Shanai worked at a mid-sized business litigation firm in the Carolinas specializing in insurance defense, where she gained substantial experience handling diverse litigation, including catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. During law school, Shanai honed her legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills as an intern at the Juvenile Law Clinic, the law school’s Office of Development and the Office of the Virginia Public Defender, serving Franklin, Isle of Wight and Southampton counties.
