Paul White (Partner-Los Angeles), David Simantob (Partner-Los Angeles) and Shannon Santos (Of Counsel-Los Angeles) recorded a webinar presentation on the California Insurance Regulations, which was made available for the entire Lloyd's market to stream over the course of 48 hours. The presentation provided the attendees with the mandatory training that all adjusters must take annually in order to work on California claims, including analysis as to the consequences for insurers' failure to comply with the regulations. The presenters also advised of some of the anticipated issues that will arise given the recent COVID-19 outbreak.
It should be noted that in past years, Wilson Elser has provided a team to present the training in person to members of Lloyd’s Market Association at the Old Library at Lloyd’s, London.
