Shelli Healy is a civil litigator who has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to civil trial practice. She has extensive experience defending individuals and corporations in matters involving general liability, negligence, and automobile and trucking liability claims. Other areas of Shelli’s practice include the defense of breach of contract, product liability and professional liability claims.

Shelli’s success as a litigator is largely attributed to her focus and tenacity in the investigation of all claims to provide her clients with the necessary information required to evaluate each claim early on to provide positive, cost-effective results. She is responsive to her clients’ questions and requests for information and complies with all guidelines. During her career, Shelli has obtained defense verdicts, summary judgments and dismissals on behalf of her clients.

Prior to practicing civil litigation, Shelli was an Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, where she served as a County Court Division Chief for misdemeanor cases.
