Stephanie Nelson Tyler

Stephanie Nelson Tyler brings extensive experience in first-party and third-party insurance defense.  She represents individuals and corporate insureds in Texas state courts, litigating personal injury, property loss, Special Investigation Unit (SIU) matters, Examination Under Oath (EUO) investigations, and other tort-based claims. Her practice also includes property and workers’ compensation subrogation, premium collection disputes, and pre-litigation counseling for insurers. In addition to her defense work, Stephanie has represented personal injury plaintiffs and served as a court-appointed guardian ad litem for children in Texas state courts.
