Sydney Larsen serves as claims, coverage, and monitoring counsel for a range of specialty and professional lines insurers. Her practice focuses on evaluating and investigating claims, providing coverage opinions, and retaining and managing defense counsel on behalf of insureds. In addition, Sydney supports professional insureds through comprehensive risk management services.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Sydney practiced at a large civil defense firm, where she gained valuable insight into all phases of litigation in a wide range of practice areas. Previously, she honed her legal research and writing skills as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward W. Hoffman of the Burlington County Superior Court.

Employment Liability
Sydney’s employment practice includes conducting coverage assessments and advocating for the favorable resolution of cases involving EEOC charges and civil actions. These matters involve a wide range of alleged violations of state and federal employment laws, including claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
