Sydney Pickral represents corporations in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to commercial disputes, as well as complex investigations and appellate matters. Sydney effectively manages all phases of litigation, including drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing cases for hearings and trial.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Sydney worked at a national litigation defense firm. During law school, Sydney gained a comprehensive perspective on litigation strategy and judicial decision-making at the trial and appellate levels as a judicial intern in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and a legal intern in the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in McKinney, Texas.
