Tamir Saland represents corporations and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, including premises liability and transportation disputes. Tamir skillfully handles diverse litigation matters in state and federal courts across New York State.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Tamir worked at a boutique consumer protection law firm, where he litigated federal statutory claims on behalf of consumers in state and federal courts. Previously, he gained valuable experience handling insurance defense litigation at a firm representing major insurance companies. During law school, Tamir was a legal intern at an in-house firm for a national insurance company. He honed his legal research and writing skills as a judicial intern for the Honorable Leon Ruchelsman in the Supreme Court of Kings County, Second Judicial District, Commercial Part.
