William Lipkind, Chair of Wilson Elser's Tax Planning & Controversies Practice, will join David Warren, Bridgeford’s* Co-Founder and Chair, for back-to-back presentations of “The Death of INGs in California and Opportunities for Residents,” in Newport Beach on December 4 and in Los Angeles on December 5, 2023. The presentation will review California’s move to abolish incomplete non-grantor (ING) trusts and offer help to advisers and their clients in understanding there is still hope for California residents to find victory in the tax space, as there are powerful tax-planning tools and strategies available in top-tier jurisdictions, such as South Dakota, with or without the use ING trusts.  

Both presentations will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., followed by a networking reception.
