Taylor H. Allin

Brian Del Gatto (Partner-Phoenix | Connecticut) and Taylor H. Allin (Associate-Phoenix) were guest speakers for Grand Canyon University's Undergraduate Risk Management class on October 15, 2019, in Phoenix, Arizona. They were invited by the local RIMS president to speak on risk management for businesses from an attorney’s perspective. The legal issues and thresholds for premises liability, dram shop, employee management and insurance coverage were discussed to provide an evaluation of the risks each pose to a business and how to best mitigate those risks.
