Phoenix, Arizona, partners Brian Del Gatto and Taylor Allin presented “U.S. Litigation Update: Nuclear Verdicts, Bad Faith & Claims-Handling Tips” to about 100 members the national casualty claims team at major Canadian client TD Insurance. The focus was on updated education and awareness of the traps and tricks of plaintiffs’ lawyers, and working on best strategies for handling U.S. exposures. Brian and Taylor are the U.S. point persons for TD’s U.S. claims.
