Theresa Aromin focuses her practice on defending companies and other entities in toxic tort litigation, including claims involving alleged exposure to hazardous substances, environmental contamination, premises liability, and related complex disputes.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Theresa practiced at a California-based law firm, where she handled a variety of general liability matters, including defending clients in personal injury, premises liability, and other civil litigation cases.
During law school, Theresa gained valuable litigation experience through internships with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and the Federal Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of California. In these roles, she supported attorneys in case preparation, legal research, client representation, and courtroom appearances. She also served as a white paper contributor for the American Board of Trial Advocates.
In her free time, Theresa enjoys running, reading, and recreating outdoors.
