Thomas Gamache is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on transportation law, product liability, premises liability, and general tort liability. He manages and supervises transportation-related litigation for a high-growth multinational e-commerce company. With extensive experience handling and managing cases from initial investigation through appeal, as well as leveraging data analytics, Thomas offers strategic insight and effective advocacy, focusing on risk mitigation and protection of brand integrity.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Thomas served as in-house counsel for a mobility and logistics platform, directing litigation strategy and case handling on matters throughout the United States and Canada and collaborating with stakeholders on proactive risk mitigation. He also served as partner of a regional defense firm in Chicago, where he handled premises liability, motor vehicle, construction, product liability, and property damage litigation.
