Tom’s advice, honed by extensive experience with a variety of complex litigation matters, is trusted by his clients.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Tom worked at a national defense firm where he defended corporate clients in toxic/mass tort, environmental and class action cases. Prior to that, Tom specialized in medical malpractice defense, defending regional medical care providers and physicians in cases involving alleged medical negligence. He began his career as a Deputy Attorney General at the office of the Indiana Attorney General, where he defended the state's taxpayers from constitutional claims brought against state actors under 42 U.S.C. section 1983.
