Partners Wendy Testa (Philadelphia, PA), Jane Young (Denver, CO), Lynsie Gaddis Rust (Louisville, KY), and Thomas Spitaletto (Dallas, TX) are faculty members at the CLM Claims College to be held September 3–5, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. Each has committed to multiple course presentations and will work with attending claim adjusters to prepare for the exams they will take to earn their Certified and Advanced Claims Professional designations.
Wendy will teach in the School of Construction – Level1: “Construction Contracts” and “Survey of Construction Coverages”; Level 2: “Negotiating Construction Claims”
Jane will each in the School of Construction – Level 2: “Coverage Triggers and Introduction to Allocation Issues”; Level 3: “Deep Dive into Other Insurance”
Lynsie will teach in the School of Transportation – Level 1: “The Resolution of a Commercial Motor Vehicle Lawsuit Prior to Trial” and “The Trial of a Commercial Motor Vehicle Lawsuit”
Tommy will teach in the School of Professional Lines – Level 2: “Independent Counsel: Knowing When and How to Work with Them” and “Employment Practices and Fiduciary Liability”
