Daniel Braude and Thomas Tobin (Partners-White Plains/New York, NY) will co-present “National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Investigations,” an American Shortline & Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) webinar, on September 21, 2021. Dan and Tom will speak to their wide-ranging experience representing railroads and other transportation providers in NTSB investigations and take some of the “mystery” out of the process. Attendees will leave with knowledge of which rail accidents the NTSB is most likely to investigate, what happens in the days the NTSB is on scene and how petitions to reconsider NTSB findings can be handled.
