Thomas Tobin (Partner-White Plains, NY) will join a panel at the 55th Transportation Law Institute, sponsored by the Transportation Lawyers Association on November 18, 2022, in Boston, Massachusetts. Titled “How Thoroughly Departmental: Comparing Approaches to Federal Transportation Safety Regulation ‎by FMCSA, FRA and NTSB,” the panel will review the specific roles and approaches taken by each agency, and the similarities and differences to expect when engaged with each of them. Wilson Elser partners Beata Shapiro and Angela Russell will participate as co-chair and presenter, respectively.
