Matthew D. Valauri (Associate-Stamford) will appear on a panel titled “Little Red Corvette, Baby You’re Much Too Fast” at the 52nd Annual Transportation Law Institute (TLI) to be held November 8, 2019, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The panel will discuss laws pertaining to the valuation of casualty claims in several states, including a discussion of liability and damages issues relevant to the transportation industry. Matthew will focus on evaluation of legal issues and valuation of injury and wrongful death claims in New York and Connecticut.
