Kevin Mulvaney (Partner-Michigan) will present at transportation seminars sponsored by BFL Canada at three locations during February 2020. Kevin will discuss the steady increase in “Nuclear Verdicts” in the transportation sector and present on the critical importance of the first hours following a catastrophic event. He also will discuss the actions that should be taken immediately by motor carriers and insurers following an accident and how inaction/omissions can create case-altering impacts once a case moves into litigation.
