Victor Aberdeen concentrates his civil litigation defense practice in the areas of trucking, transportation and premises liability litigation.
Victor's legal career includes work in both civil and criminal practice. Recently, Victor served as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses on behalf of victims and the citizens of Cook County.
Prior to his role as an Assistant State's Attorney, Victor defended large, self-insured retail corporations in premises liability lawsuits throughout Illinois. He also worked as an associate at a Chicago-based defense firm where he represented insurers and businesses in general negligence, wrongful death, product liability and breach of contract lawsuits in jurisdictions around the country.
