Victoria Gonzales concentrates her practice on insurance defense, representing insurance companies in all aspects of civil litigation. Her focus includes the defense of claims involving general liability, catastrophic trucking accidents, personal injury, and construction disputes. Victoria skillfully assesses insurance company clients’ liability and exposure early on, working closely with them throughout all stages of litigation to help resolve claims efficiently and cost-effectively. Victoria’s experience includes successfully defending and arguing motions before various courts in Harris County, Texas, and surrounding areas.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Victoria gained valuable experience at a litigation firm in Houston, Texas, representing clients across a diverse range of industries, including insurance carriers and their insureds. During law school, Victoria honed her research and writing skills as an intern at the Susan B. Komen organization, where she drafted agreements and memoranda. In addition, she served as an intern at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in Dallas, Texas.
