Wendy Araten provides employment law counseling and litigation services to employers. She handles all aspects of workplace investigations in addition to conducting fact-finding investigations and conducting witness interviews. Additionally, Wendy participates in conducting pay-equity audits and provides compliance consultations and advice. Wendy also has experience with reviewing and drafting employment contracts.

Wendy partners with clients to achieve their goals in the areas of compliance and litigation avoidance. She provides counsel and advice on an array of employment issues from hires to terminations and everything between, including disciplinary actions, prevention of workplace harassment and violence, leaves of absence and workplace accommodations. Wendy guides and conducts internal investigations and works with clients to draft and implement workplace policies, contracts and other documents designed to minimize the risk of employment litigation.
