Wendy D. Testa

Wendy Testa (Partner-Philadelphia) will join a panel titled “Don’t Miss the Forest for the Trees” at the 2020 CLM Construction Conference to be held online September 29–October 1, 2020. Claims professionals, especially in the construction defect context, are often faced with “winnable” cases where the underlying claims against the insured are weak or where coverage is questionable. In those situations, a claims professional must keep his or her eye on what matters most for the company and this often requires a balancing act.
