Wendy D. Testa

Wendy Testa (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) will join a panel titled “Put a Lid on It: Managing the Rise of Social Inflation” at the CLM Annual Conference, to be held April 9–11, 2025, in Grapevine, Texas. This panel will cover the social, political, legal, and economic factors driving social inflation, including litigation funding, judicial hellholes, social media influence, and perceptions of corporate greed.
