Wendy Testa (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) and Andrew Rossi (Associate-Philadelphia, PA) presented on panels at the 9th Annual Construction & Design Risk and Claims ExecuSummit, held October 21 ‒ 22, 2026.  Andrew’s panel, “Beyond the Courtroom: Collaborative Approaches to Resolving Disputes,” explored cooperative alternative approaches to dispute resolution, while Wendy’s panel, “Navigating Professional and Technological Risks in Design and Construction,” addressed emerging risks facing the industry. The presentations were specifically designed to provide risk management tools to claims professionals and brokers who handle claims made against design professionals, contractors, and design builders.
