William Blanck represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of maritime and transportation claims, as well as personal injury, premises liability, and general liability.
Before joining Wilson Elser, William worked at a litigation firm in Miami that specialized in maritime and transportation matters, including representing ocean carriers, container terminals, freight brokers, motor carriers, and port authorities. During law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles and the Honorable John O’Sullivan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, William gained valuable experience as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
