Kathleen Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia, PA), President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, will speak at an American Bar Association Law Practice Division event, “Practicing Law in a Post-COVID-19 World,” on April 6, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. ET. The webinar, which features closed captioning, will address the changes COVID-19 has caused to civil litigators, litigants, and how some of the innovations used have affected practice. Kathleen and her co-presenter will tackle the complex issues of what lawyers will need to do to handle matters once the pandemic ends, and why virtual platforms may continue to be used in the future.
