She also defended a national engineered stone distributor in silica-related toxic tort and product liability litigation. This diverse background affords her a distinctive perspective on risk assessment, claim evaluation, and litigation strategy.

Xia is experienced in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and written discovery through depositions, expert discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
