Zhilin Chen represents individuals and closely held businesses in federal and state income tax planning, gift and estate tax planning, and related corporate structuring and tax controversy matters. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Hon. Mala Sundar, Presiding Judge of the Tax Court of New Jersey.
