In “Doing Business in the United States: A Legal Overview,” scheduled for March 24, 2025, the four attorneys will discuss the complex legal framework that businesses need to navigate in commencing a business in the United States. Topics will include the types of entity structures, tax planning and compliance requirements, and employment needs.
