Adam Bialek (Partner-New York, NY) and Sarah Fink (Associate-Garden City, NY) presented “Protecting Your Rights and Minimizing Exposure When Operating Online,” a one-hour webinar sponsored by the Licensing & Technology Transactions Interest Group of the California Lawyers Association on April 8, 2021. Adam and Sarah discussed relevant rules and regulations, suggestions on how to ensure compliance and ways to avoid potential lawsuits. They also addressed ways to fight back when rights are infringed by others operating online as well as intellectual property, privacy, ADA compliance and domain names.
