Alex Wyatt has more than 20 years of experience litigating a wide array of cases in state and federal courts. His practice has included toxic tort, construction, transportation, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. He is an experienced trial lawyer having tried numerous cases to a verdict before a jury.
In addition, Alex has successfully defended clients in high-exposure cases for manufacturers of various chemicals, automobiles, and heavy equipment, as well construction companies, hospitals, and physicians. His experience extends to complex litigation involving class actions and cases with hundreds of plaintiffs with individually joined claims.
Alex also serves his community as the Mayor of the City of Homewood, Alabama, where he previously served on the City Council as a Councilor and as President for 10 years.
