Alexander Cheung represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on defending all claims related to general liability, personal injury and construction defects. Alexander is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation and case management, including discovery and depositions, law and motion, mediation, settlement and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Alexander practiced at a civil litigation firm defending clients in matters ranging from large construction defect claims, construction accidents involving bodily injury, property damage and casualty claims. Alexander also worked for a national firm defending a pharmaceutical product manufacturer in matters involving complex pharmaceutical products and medical devices.

Alexander has experience working within the Superior Court of California, where he began his career as a Legal Research Attorney for the Superior Court of California, in the County of San Francisco and the County of Santa Clara.
