Commercial Litigation
Alex provides clients with innovative and timely strategic counsel to help them make fully-informed decisions, avoid and/or resolve complex legal challenges and achieve specific business goals. With more than 20 years of experience, he has a well-established track record of successfully negotiating cost-effective, pre-suit or early suit resolutions in complex matters and has effectively defended clients in the courtroom, when necessary, 

Transportation
As a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice, Alex handles a variety of transportation matters. While serving as national counsel for major transportation and logistics companies, Alex spearheads pre-suit investigations, mediations, settlement conferences and trials throughout the United States, working alongside local counsel. As a member of the firm’s 24/7 National Emergency Response Team, he regularly handles catastrophic transportation matters and provides client assistance in immediately mobilizing experts and/or investigators to the accident scene to preserve evidence and strengthen future litigation defenses. 

Real Estate
Alex counsels investors and property owners regarding a wide variety of real estate transactional and litigation matters, and negotiates leases and property purchase and management agreements. He also counsels clients regarding their legal and business options as issues arise during the operations of their property. He defends residential and commercial property owners in a multitude of premises liability matters, including but not limited to negligent security matters, slip and/or trip and falls, assaults, and wrongful death suits. Alex is aggressive when developing defense strategies in order to obtain favorable results for his clients. Alex also regularly writes, speaks and counsels clients about the future of real estate including how the revolutionary technology known as “Blockchain” is disrupting the real estate industry.
