Alexandra brings a robust background in defending construction defect claims to her practice. She has successfully defended contractors, construction managers, and project owners in disputes related to multi-party high-exposure construction defect claims. OSHA-10 certified, Alexandra brings an added layer of practical safety and industry insight to her defense strategy, allowing her to communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of litigation.

Real Estate / Property Management
Alexandra has a breadth of real estate E&O defense experience, managing and resolving claims on behalf of large national property management and brokerage firms and litigating disputes throughout the United States on behalf of real estate brokers, appraisers, title abstractors, home inspectors, insurance brokers, managing agents, and broker-dealers. In addition to efficiently managing claims, she assists the firm’s real estate professionals in a number of areas, including licensing and regulatory matters; navigating complex contractual issues, leases, and agency agreements; performing due diligence related to acquisitions; and helping to ensure fair housing and other applicable statutory and/or local code and regulatory compliance. Alexandra’s experience in the insurance and real estate industries results in spot-on analysis of liability and exposure and effective resolution strategies.

She provides strategic counsel throughout all phases of a claim, from pre-suit risk assessment to active litigation, and prioritizes protecting her clients’ reputations and minimizing exposure in all matters.

Employment & Labor
Drawing on her early experience defending wage-and-hour claims before the National Labor Relations Board, Alexandra brings a well-rounded perspective to employer-side defense. She regularly defends employers in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, workplace accidents, and other employment-related disputes.
