Alex Speakar represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-suit through appeal. She focuses on labor and employment law counseling and litigation, as well as defending claims related to personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, and professional liability. She enjoys facilitating resolutions to assist clients in achieving their professional goals.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Alex worked at an established corporate defense firm, defending businesses, property owners, and drivers against various general liability claims. In addition, she served as the resident expert on lemon law cases, defending automobile manufacturers across Nebraska and Iowa.
