Allison Waase counsels clients among the largest insurers and excess insurers on complex, high-exposure premises liability, product liability and New York Labor Law matters. Allison regularly defends business owners, building owners and management companies in negligent security, premises liability, dram shop, and assault and battery lawsuits. Additionally, she represents owners and developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in personal injury and property damage suits arising out of construction defect claims, violations of New York Labor law and negligence.

Allison has developed a keen focus on catastrophic fire and explosion personal injury and property damage matters. She has an acute understanding of these cases, including the complex science behind the lawsuits, how they should be investigated, and the technique with which to approach both pre-suit claims and active litigation.
