Allison Escott has more than 20 years of experience handling commercial transportation, construction, and general liability matters. She takes a client-focused approach to her practice, strategically managing pre-suit and active litigation to align with client goals.
Allison works closely with witnesses, clients, and experts to evaluate liability, defenses, and potential exposure in preparation for mediation or trial. She has achieved favorable results while helping minimize potential risk for insurance carriers and their insureds. Allison has also taken cases to trial before a jury and successfully argued motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions, and motions in limine aimed at limiting potentially prejudicial evidence at trial.
