Amanda Rangasammy represents clients in all stages of civil litigation and against all types of personal injury claims. Amanda handles general liability cases involving personal injury and property damage claims in state and federal courts for national commercial clients and individual owners. Particular areas of practice include complex personal injury claims involving premises, construction and property damage, as well as owners and general contractors in construction site accidents.

Amanda’s transportation clients include trucking carriers, commercial transportation carriers, taxi and livery fleets, bus lines, small to large fleet carriers, freight forwarders and brokers, shippers, and taxi and limousine companies. She understands the issues impacting companies transporting cargo and people, including first- and third-party liability, subrogation matters, and the legislation issues surrounding vehicle operation and ownership responsibility.
