Areas of Focus
Commercial Litigation
In the commercial litigation area, Amaris has successfully handled dissolution of partnership disputes surrounding issues of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, ownership of intellectual and tangible property, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
Intellectual Property
Amaris has litigated several trademark and copyright infringement actions in court and before administrative boards. She is well versed in the protections and limitations afforded under state and federal statutes, which enables her to defend clients by showing how conduct qualifies for exception under the law as opposed to constituting a violation of the law.
