She has repeatedly obtained procedural and substantive dismissals and summary judgments, successful and cost-effective settlements, and defense verdicts. 

Before joining Wilson Elser, Amber led the personal injury litigation division for her prior firm's Daytona Beach office. She defended government entities and handled fraud/SIU matters and civil defense litigation in state and federal court.

Amber has successfully handled catastrophic injury cases involving wrongful death, extensive traumatic brain injuries, amputation, paralysis and disfigurement. She is dedicated to providing superior preparation and results through trial; constant and ongoing accessibility and responsiveness to her clients; and skillful analysis of liability, exposure and effective resolution strategies.

Amber began her legal career working at law firms during and after college as a senior litigation paralegal in Chicago, Illinois, before attending law school. While attending law school in Florida, she competed in numerous international and national moot court honor board competitions as an oralist and brief writer. She went on to join reputable insurance defense litigation firms in Daytona Beach.
