In her more than 20 years of defending clients in toxic tort litigation, Ana has participated in multiple trials from pre-trial motions, jury selections, opening statements, witness examinations, through verdict.  She has won motions for summary judgment for HVAC, automotive and plumbing parts companies. Ana develops strong relationships with co-defense counsel as well as plaintiffs' counsel to the benefit of her clients for coordination and early case assessment, leading to favorable resolutions and dismissals.
