Andrew L. Smith

Andrew Smith practices in the areas of general liability and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Andrew handled state and federal public entity defense matters, including but not limited to labor and employment cases, LAD and CEPA claims, civil rights and other constitutional violations, tortious injury cases, environmental litigation, excessive force claims and police-related counseling. 

Andrew also has experience representing private clients in a variety of complex civil matters. He is a trial lawyer who has litigated and tried to verdict a broad range of cases.
