Angel Hierrezuelo represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and automobile accidents. Additionally, Angel defends against claims involving transportation liability, rideshare platforms, and trucking companies. A skilled negotiator, Angel effectively handles matters from the pre-litigation stage through negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. He has substantial experience drafting and responding to discovery demands, handling motion practice and deposition management, and advising clients on mitigating litigation risks.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Angel worked at a regional full-service litigation firm. Previously, he gained valuable experience at an established insurance defense firm, where his practice included handling liability claims and investigating and defending first-party insurance claims. Following law school, Angel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage 12.
