Angel R. Vitiello

Angel Vitiello handles general liability matters, including premises liability for real estate clients of the firm, labor law and motor vehicle cases. She defends property owners, managers and retailers in premises liability matters involving personal injury and property damage claims, and in general liability and labor law matters arising from construction-site accidents. In this capacity, Angel assists in coordinating the defense of general liability matters on a national scale.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Angel was a plaintiff’s attorney handling motor vehicle, premises liability, labor law, intentional torts and section 1983 Civil Rights Act cases. Her experience brings a unique and diverse perspective to the cases she now defends.
