Law360, in a November 3, 2023, article, “Share of Women among Partner Promos Continues Growing,” reported that the think tank Diversity & Flexibility Alliance recognized Wilson Elser in its annual New Partner Report. The report analyzes public press releases issued in the past 12 months by 196 of the largest and top-grossing law firms; this year, the Alliance recognized 78 firms for having their new partner classes comprise at least 50 percent women. Alliance CEO Manar Morales said, “Going forward, one of the key moves for firm leaders when it comes to improving gender parity is to be more intentional about ‘developing strong, equitable systems for recruitment, work distribution, mentorships, training, pay and evaluations to maintain and grow their gender parity in leadership.’”
