Ani Khachatryan represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and commercial and real estate litigation. In addition, Ani adeptly handles counseling and litigation related to a broad range of employment and labor law matters, including claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes. Ani particularly enjoys working with employer clients, getting to know their businesses and helping them achieve their professional goals.

Ani is a dedicated advocate for employers, defending them against claims related to employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She routinely helps employers navigate complex federal and state employment and labor laws and develop best practices for their employees.
Commercial Litigation
In the commercial litigation area, Ani has successfully defended claims against large real estate development companies and other businesses. She effectively handles matters throughout all phases of litigation, from the prelitigation stage to trial. Ani has drafted and prevailed on multiple motions for summary judgment in federal and state court. In addition, she obtained dismissal of an action brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
