Anna Fita-Mellis litigates a diverse range of civil claims in the areas of general liability, transportation, and motor vehicle liability. Her practice centers on defending high-exposure personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from serious accidents and alleged product and premises-related defects.

Anna defends commercial trucking companies, national retailers, property owners, and insurers in high‑exposure personal injury matters arising from accidents. Her experience includes defending cases involving catastrophic injuries, complex liability disputes, and significant damages exposure.

Anna’s areas of focus include transportation and trucking litigation, premises and product liability, and complex torts. She brings a strategic, detail‑oriented approach to case management and is known for practical, results‑driven defense strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives and risk profile.

After graduating from law school, Anna assisted survivors and first responders of the 9/11 attacks with filing claims through the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. That experience sharpened her ability to navigate complex claims processes with sensitivity and precision and deepened her appreciation for the human impact of serious injury and loss.
