Antonin A. Ciaccio

Antonin Ciaccio represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending premises liability and security, transportation liability and matters involving the New York State Child Victims Act. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Antonin gained extensive litigation experience as an agency attorney with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services. Antonin represented the agency in child neglect and abuse proceedings from inception through resolution in Richmond County Family Court and took many matters to trial. Antonin also worked at a personal injury firm where he gained a unique and valuable perspective on civil litigation from the plaintiffs’ side.
